The first of an ongoing series documenting fashion conscious people and trend setters in their natural habitats…Here we see a fantastically spunky girl well-versed in making uptown items look downtown. Take note of her well-worn jeans and brown blazer that go with everything; both very basic, but this gal knows how to top them off. While the piece de resistance is the hat perched atop her mussed, bobby-pinned hair, her red flats a-la-audrey added the finishing touch. If you decide to try this one out, remember the key to sporting a dapper hat is the right mind set. This particular specimen was confident and friendly when I approached with camera in hand. Hats off to her.
